SANAA on the EPFL

Though I don't talk about Architecture on this blog particularly often, I came upon this short film and thought that it was worth seeing.

The EPFL (Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne), The Rolex Learning Centre in Lausanne, Switzerland, was designed by this year's Pritzker recipients SANAA.  The building looks amazing and the explanation from the designers is very interesting.

  1. Wahh! I totally saw Nordstrom Rack from the freeway as we were driving back. It was too late to turn around, and we had to get back home on time. I want to go back there so much.

What stores are in Wicker Park? I went thrifting a few years back in Chicago and hit up stores like The Alley-- I can't remember the names of the other stores. We passed through the hipster part of town with Buffalo Exchange and coffee shops and used bookstores. Haha.

    Mattttttttttttttttttttttttttt.
